The project is a new construction, nine story building, consisting of 150,000 square feet in the south end of the Park Slope area in Brooklyn, a few blocks away from the Industry City area. The Midas team bought out the previous developers in 2021, when the property was a shell and the Midas team did the full construction and build out of the project. The building consists of 150 residential units and 75 parking spaces. Construction was completed in 2023 and Värde Partners provided Midas/Simon Lichtenstein the refinance loan to pay off the construction loan.
